Our Vreten X-Pro product series is for you who place high demands on your forest machine, want to streamline your work, and feel free out in the forest. We want to give you the power you need for functional work and a comfortable ride.
A professional foundation
The Vreten X-Pro has a box-shaped frame on the central tube frame, and the trailer has the same design as a professional forwarder. The entire chassis is made of Strenx high-strength steel, which provides a very long service life and optimal torsional rigidity. The forestry trailer has good ground clearance, making it easier for you to get around in the forest. The X-Pro series forestry trailers are available in 12 or 15 ton weights.
Unique design with multiple benefits
The forestry trailer has a unique design that combines a single frame and a double frame. You can also choose between standard benches or a skidder system. Regardless of what you choose, the bench systems are bolted into the steel structure and you can move them wherever you want. This gives you advantages such as being able to sort the timber differently. For example, you can fill the middle with smaller logs and the edges with larger ones. This gives you stable loading and safe transport.
The rear bench can be extended by 80 cm, allowing you to lengthen your chassis. This gives you almost the same length as a forwarder and a total length of 6.3 m to 7.1 m. The increased length gives you greater loading capacity depending on the type of timber. Our stakes are also sturdy and highly visible.
Support leg
Just like our other forestry trailers, our X-Pro series has strong and stable telescopic support legs that give you a good grip and keep you steady on the ground. Our support legs are telescopic instead of folding out, which gives you the advantage of being able to load in tight spaces. With our telescopic support legs, you can get closer when loading, making loading and unloading more efficient.
A gate that can withstand rough treatment
Our gates are designed to make your work smooth and easy. The Vreten X-Pro has a powerful gate with the strength to withstand heavy impacts when loading. This makes it easier to load as close to the gate as possible, despite the high momentum. Our gates have rounded corners that make it easy to load and unload the cart, but also protect the forest during transport. This is beneficial in the long run, as it allows your trees to continue to grow and become strong. The rounded corners also make it easier for you to load on slopes or inclines.
Certified with My Inner Strenx
All Vreten cranes are certified by SSAB with My Inner Strenx. We have strong and sturdy cranes with high lifting and slewing moments. This gives you the right conditions for a good day in the forest. The cranes are strong and can handle challenges in hilly terrain, and they have high swing torque that helps you turn the crane with full grip, even on steep slopes. This is a major safety aspect when driving off-road. With strong swing torque, you can keep the load stable and reduce the risk of tipping over.
The cranes on our forestry trailers have incredible lifting power when loading and unloading logs, all to make you as efficient and unrestricted as possible, up to 1830 kg at 4 m! It's a strength you'll quickly notice and that makes a big difference. We also have Swedish-made cylinders throughout the rig. Our frame control cylinders are extremely strong and are among the strongest on the market.
Accessories
We offer a wide range of valve packages so that you can find a solution that suits your needs. For example, we have our new system called "Easy." Here, the focus has really been on making the job easier in everything from installation to operability! It is a unique system that, among other things, has approximately 30% faster extension. The boom has a smoother, more controlled movement. The grapple has much more efficient oil consumption, which makes the job faster with less oil. All functions are also uniquely tested and adjusted to provide the best possible operating experience for the specific crane mounted on the truck. If you want to reprogram functions, you can easily do so via the control display in the seat. As icing on the cake, the system has a parallel function that you can choose to activate or deactivate, where the lift arm, folding arm, and extension are controlled only with the left lever. This parallel function can be easily adjusted up or down. In addition to this, we have a wide range of options, including different brakes, 2&4WD hub motor drive, tire dimensions, work lights, crane lights, and tow bars.
