Vreten awarded Sølvakset for Vreten 900 with waist lock at Agroteknikk 2024

We are delighted to have received the prestigious Sølvakset award from the Norwegian agricultural fair Agroteknikk for our innovative Vreten 900 forestry trailer with waist lock. The award, which was presented to 18 of the fair's 170 exhibitors, recognizes products that contribute to improving and streamlining agricultural and forestry work.

The Vreten 900 with waist lock combines the agility of a mini forwarder with the flexibility of a forestry trailer, making it a versatile and time-efficient choice. Without support legs, the user enjoys a faster and easier work process in the forest, while the waist lock provides stability and safety even under heavy loads.

The motivation from Agroteknikk reads:

"Forest trailers without support legs tend to tip over, but on the new Vreten 900, the support legs have been replaced with a lock in the tow bar, similar to that found on a load carrier. The trailer hangs on the tractor's drawbar, and a swivel drawbar provides a very good turning radius. The removal of the support legs should make loading and unloading more efficient."
