Well-thought-out innovation that makes a difference – for real

The Vreten 1000 Pro is made of high-strength steel with a smart design to reduce the trailer's own weight without compromising durability. The trailer also has a low crane mount, which further lowers the center of gravity and provides better visibility. To improve tracking behind the tractor, we have chosen to reduce the distance between the tractor and the gate and placed the frame steering link behind the gate. The compact design maintains the loading area but reduces the overall length.

Vreten has developed a slack-free waist for the Vreten 1000 Pro. This design eliminates the need to "pinch" across the trolley. Instead, adjustments are made along the trolley, which reduces the risk of breakdown and increases its service life. With this design, the user can quickly and easily adjust the length of the trolley without worrying about incorrect use.

To make the trolley more stable, the Vreten 1000 Pro has a new frame design that makes the trolley more torsionally rigid. With the gap-free waist, the torque from the crane is distributed between the bogie and the trolley's support legs. To reduce the risk of cracks in the trolley's structure, a torsionally rigid center frame design is used.

The Vreten 1000 Pro has the highest ground clearance on the market and is designed with a smooth underside that minimizes the risk of getting stuck when maneuvering around obstacles. The trailer is also equipped with a unique design in the form of double telescopic support legs that provide high ground clearance, longer reach, and good support in uneven forest terrain.

Upgraded gate

The gate on the Vreten 1000 Pro has a 20% larger gate area compared to previous models and is carefully designed to minimize damage to the forest with rounded corners and round tubes. The design is also adapted to provide the user with a clearer view. In addition, Vreten has equipped the gate with damping to reduce noise during loading and to protect the structure.
